Meet the Founders
As mom’s, we’ve felt it too - the endless to-do list, the pressure to “do it all,” and the quiet weight of the mental load that never seems to let up. We know what it’s like to stay up late juggling schedules, chores, and responsibilities while wishing for just a little more time to actually enjoy life.
That’s why we founded Simplify, we wanted to create the kind of support we wish we had - a service that steps in so families don’t have to carry it all on their own - because we believe no one should have to choose between keeping life running and actually living it. At Simplify our mission is to help you reclaim your time, lighten your load, and allow you to focus on what matters most.

Founder & CEOI’m a mom to two energetic boys, a wife, and someone who has spent years balancing a demanding corporate career with the demands of raising a young family. I know firsthand how much there is to juggle - and how much mental bandwidth the little things take up.
In my corporate life, there’s high pressure and high stakes - deadlines are tight, details matter, and problem solving isn’t optional - it’s the job.
Somewhere along the way, I realized my corporate skills - managing complex projects, creating efficient systems, and keeping all the moving parts on track - were just as important in my personal life. Pair that with my Master’s degree in Economics (read: my love for finding smarter, more scalable ways to do things), and Simplify was born.
After having two kids in less than two years, I realized what I really needed was a hybrid kind of help - someone who could handle the day-to-day tasks like returns and groceries, but who could also take on the bigger-picture things, like planning a family vacation. In talking with Kayla, and through the “village” we share in our neighborhood, it became clear this wasn’t just my struggle. So many moms - whether working outside the home or inside - are carrying the same mental load and looking for that same balance.

Founder & COO
I’m a mom, helper, organizer, and someone who knows firsthand how overwhelming life’s endless to-do lists can feel.
Like so many others, I’ve lived both sides of motherhood. I’ve been a full-time working mom and a full-time stay-at-home mom. Through it all, one thing has remained true: the to-do list never ends. From grocery runs and appointments to birthday parties and school forms, the mental load of managing a household can be exhausting - no matter what season of life you’re in.
Before becoming a mom, I spent years working in healthcare - supporting individuals and families in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care and hospice settings. It was there I learned the power of being present, anticipating needs, and providing support with empathy.
The experiences I’ve had - both professionally and personally- have shaped the way I serve others. I’ve seen how deeply people need help they can trust. And that’s what led to the creation of Simplify.
We created Simplify because we know how heavy the mental load can feel - and how hard it is to find help you can trust. As moms, we know what it’s like to need a reliable partner who truly understands the day-to-day demands of family life. With Simplify, you get more than a service - you gain a trusted ally who’s dedicated to helping your home and family thrive.
