New Baby Deluxe: For families who want a truly seamless start, this package offers 30 hours of extended support over three months (16 virtual and 14 in-person). Whether you need a few hours of support or full concierge service, our New Home Packages give you the gift of a smoother, calmer transition. Pre-Move Support: scheduling movers or a moving truck, booking cleaners for the old home, arranging utility shut-off/start (electric, water, gas, internet, trash), change of address submissions, coordinating donation pick-ups or junk removal, organizing packing supplies and labeling systems
Move-Day Support: in-person assistance with directing movers, keeping a checklist/timeline for the day, stocking a "first night essentials" kit (toiletries, paper products, snacks, sheets, kids' comfort items, pet needs), food/meal coordination (pizza delivery, catering, etc.)
Post-Move Settling: scheduling and meeting service providers (internet installer, handyman, furniture delivery, etc.), unpacking and organizing key spaces (kitchen, kids' rooms, bathroom essentials), sourcing local recommendations, creating a neighborhood welcome guide (closest grocery store, coffee shops, parks, pediatrician, etc.)
