What is Simplify?
Simplify is a personal and family concierge service designed to take care of life’s to-dos so you can focus on what matters most. From errands and scheduling to planning events and stocking your home, we’re here to lighten your load.
How does a Simplify Specialist help me?
Your Simplify Specialist is like a personal assistant for your family life. They handle the tasks you don’t have time for (or don’t want to do!) so you can reclaim time for yourself and your family.
Who can benefit from Simplify’s services?
Busy parents, working professionals, families with young kids, empty nesters - really anyone who feels stretched thin by the daily “mental load.”
Do you only work with parents/families?
No! While many of our clients are parents, our services are for anyone who needs more time and less stress in their day.

What kinds of tasks can Simplify handle?
If it’s on your to-do list, chances are we can take care of it. Think errands, scheduling appointments, planning events, organizing your home, gift shopping, meal planning, coordinating services and more.
Is there a limit to the number of tasks I can request?
No limits on requests! Each package comes with a set number of hours, and your Specialist works within those hours to get your list done.
Do you offer in-person support or is it all virtual?
Both! This is what sets Simplify apart from many of our competitors. Some packages include in-person support in Tulsa and surrounding areas. All packages include virtual support that you can use from anywhere.
Can I change my package if my needs shift?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your package as your needs change.

How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Each plan includes a set number of hours that renew at the start of each billing cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know life changes and sometimes you may need to cancel your subscription. Here’s how it works:
30-day notice: just let us know when you’d like to cancel, and we’ll make it easy. Your 30 days begin with your next billing cycle (The only exception - if you let us know on the 1st of the month, your notice starts right away)
Service during notice: you’ll continue to enjoy all of your Simplify services through the end of your next billing cycle
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Unused hours do not roll over. This keeps things simple and ensures your Simplify Specialist is available for you each month.

Who are the Simplify Specialists?
Our Specialists are trusted, detail-oriented professionals with a heart for helping families. Many are moms themselves, so they truly understand the “mental load” you’re carrying.
How do you match me with the right Specialist?
When you sign-up, we learn about your family, your routines, and your priorities. Based on that, we pair you with the Specialist who’s the best fit for your needs.
Can I work with the same Specialist every month?
Yes! Building a relationship matters. You’ll have a dedicated Specialist who gets to know your family and your preferences.

What are “special packages” (like New Baby or New Home)?
In addition to subscriptions, we offer themed packages to support big life transitions - like welcoming a new baby, moving into a new home or preparing for the holidays.
Can I gift Simplify to a friend or family member?
Yes! Simplify gift certificates make thoughtful, practical gifts for new parents, birthdays or holidays.
Do you offer one-time services or only subscriptions?
While our focus is ongoing support, we do offer special packages and a la carte services depending on your needs.

Where is Simplify currently available?
We proudly serve Tulsa and the surrounding areas for in-person support. Virtual support is available from anywhere in the U.S.
Do you plan to expand beyond Tulsa?
Yes! We’ll be expanding to additional cities across the U.S. beginning in 2026.
What if I travel - can I still use Simplify virtually?
Absolutely. You can continue using your virtual hours from anywhere.

How do I sign up?
Choose the package that fits your needs and sign up online. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours.
What happens after I join?
You’ll complete a short onboarding form to help us get to know you and then you’ll be matched with a dedicated Simplify Specialist. After you are matched, your Specialist will jump right in and start tackling your list.
Do you offer a trial or consultation before I commit?
Yes, we’d love to chat! Reach out to schedule a quick consultation to see how Simplify can fit into your life.
