  • The Smooth Move - virtual + 8 hours in-person support: $850 (includes all prep, move-day oversight, plus unpacking help for kitchen/bedrooms and coordinating service providers)

  • The Stress-Free Move - virtual + 16 hours of in-person support: $1400 (full concierge: utilities, move-day management, unpacking/organization, stocking essentials, welcome guide, multiple in-person sessions)

  • Add-Ons: extra unpacking/organizing hours, errand runs (Target, grocery, decor pickup), local welcome basket delivery

Services:

  • Pre-Move Support: scheduling movers or a moving truck, booking cleaners for the old home, arranging utility shut-off/start (electric, water, gas, internet, trash), change of address submissions, coordinating donation pick-ups or junk removal, organizing packing supplies and labeling systems

  • Move-Day Support: in-person assistance with directing movers, keeping a checklist/timeline for the day, stocking a "first night essentials" kit (toiletries, paper products, snacks, sheets, kids' comfort items, pet needs), food/meal coordination (pizza delivery, catering, etc.)

  • Post-Move Settling: scheduling and meeting service providers (internet installer, handyman, furniture delivery, etc.), unpacking and organizing key spaces (kitchen, kids' rooms, bathroom essentials), sourcing local recommendations, creating a neighborhood welcome guide (closest grocery store, coffee shops, parks, pediatrician, etc.)
